2.PowerPoint (PPT) Presentation Design:
- Design custom, high-impact PowerPoint templates that reflect the company brand.
- Create individual slides for presentations (sales decks, investor pitches, internal reports, conference talks).
- Transform complex information into clear, visually engaging charts, graphs, infographics, and diagrams.
- Ensure presentations are visually consistent, professional, and optimized for different viewing contexts (screen, print, projection).
- Potentially create basic animations or transitions for enhanced impact.
3.Company Document Design:
- Design and layout a variety of professional print and digital documents, including:
- Brochures, flyers, and datasheets
- Reports (annual, quarterly, whitepapers)
- Proposals and pitch decks (sometimes distinct from standard PPTs)
- One-pagers, fact sheets, and case studies
- Internal communications (newsletters, memos - potentially)
- Brand guideline documents
- Ensure all documents adhere strictly to brand identity (colors, fonts, logos, tone).
- Prepare print-ready files with proper bleeds, margins, and resolution.
- Create reusable templates for frequently produced documents.
4.Brand Consistency & Asset Management:
- Be the guardian of brand visual identity across all designed materials.
- Maintain and organize a library of digital assets (logos, images, icons, templates).
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of brand guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work in website design/layout, professional PowerPoint presentations, and company document design (brochures, reports, etc.). This is non-negotiable.
- Software Proficiency:
- Essential: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign - absolutely core).
- Essential: Microsoft PowerPoint (Advanced proficiency - not just basic use).
- Highly Desirable: Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (for website/UI mockups & prototyping).
- Desirable: Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS admin interfaces.
- Design Fundamentals: Mastery of layout, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Brand Identity: Proven ability to understand, apply, and maintain brand guidelines rigorously.
- Print & Digital Production: Understanding of requirements for both print (bleeds, CMYK, resolution) and digital (RGB, screen resolution, file optimization).
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to understand requirements and present ideas.
- Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain organized files.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Experience designing simple infographics.
- Basic motion graphics skills (for enhanced PPTs or simple web animations - e.g., Adobe After Effects basics).
- Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems.
- Photography editing/retouching skills.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (purely for better developer handoff, not for coding).
Experience:
- Typically 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, with demonstrable experience in the specific areas mentioned (web, PPT, docs).
