Description:

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in multi-platform, multi-dimensional experience, and expert level experience with business and technical applications.
- Participate in design and implementation of Healthcare Frameworks including sales and the member experience.
- Leads efforts with sales and marketing team to increase the presence of web products.
- Maintains active relationships with customers to determine business requirements and leads requirements gathering meetings.
- Ensures unit test is completed and meets the test plan requirements, system testing is completed, and system is implemented according to plan.
- Assesses current status and supports data information planning.
- Develop technical solutions within the Salesforce CRM Application to assist with sales and marketing efforts.
- Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including business requirements assessments and the delivery and execution of technical solutions.
- Collaborate with product architects for application design and perform design and code reviews.
- Facilitates group sessions to elicit complex information on requirements clarification, design sessions, code reviews and troubleshooting issues.
- Create and maintain well-written documentation, such as deployment procedures, architectural diagrams, incident communication, and troubleshooting guides.
- Possesses strong critical thinking, problem solving, and effective decision-making abilities
- Incumbent should also have the ability to mentor others, lead multiple small projects and provide troubleshooting support. Multi-dimensional required. Multi database and/or multi language preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating to a variety of audiences with varying technical knowledge
- Ability to articulate objectives, problem statements and success criteria
- Working knowledge of distributed microservices architecture with focus on below:
o Coding languages – Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate
o Middleware – Web Sphere Liberty, Undertow
o Databases – Oracle, Snowflake
- Conceptual understanding of web stack/ETL components:
o Client Frameworks - Angular, React
o Middleware – Apigee, REST API’s, Informatica
o Cloud services – AD, key vaults, GAE
o CI/CD solutions – Bamboo, Udeploy, Jira, OpenShift, Kubernetes
Working experience in cloud technologies and platforms – Salesforce CRM, AWS"
