About the Role:

Altimetrik is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape the design vision for large-scale digital products in our Digital practice. This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic design efforts, collaborate cross-functionally, and apply cutting-edge tech like AI and programmatic design systems to solve real-world problems.

You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to deliver useful, inclusive, and scalable solutions—and mentor a team of designers along the way.

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design strategy across multiple products, balancing business goals, user needs, and tech constraints
• Own end-to-end design workflows: research, ideation, prototyping, validation, iteration, launch
• Evolve our programmatic design system: design tokens, automation pipelines, developer handoffs
• Integrate AI-assisted workflows: generative prototyping, synthetic research, automated design-to-code
• Champion accessibility & inclusive design (WCAG, ADA)
• Facilitate co-creation workshops to align vision and uncover opportunities
• Mentor and grow a team of designers
• Collaborate on roadmaps, priorities, and impact tracking

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years in product design with leadership experience
• Expert in Figma (design systems, tokens), prototyping tools, Agile workflows
• Strong collaboration skills bridging design & development (HTML/CSS/React/Angular is a plus)
• Cross-platform mindset: web, mobile, voice, AR/VR
• Data-driven & user-centered approach
• Experience in design ops, keeping distributed teams efficient
• Passion for emerging tools (generative AI, spatial computing)
