The Role
This is not a traditional UX Design role.
You won’t be handed requirements and asked to make screens look better. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to help define what we build, how it works, and how customers experience it.
You’ll improve existing products, uncover customer needs through research and testing, and help design new products and experiences from the ground up. Your work will span customer discovery, product strategy, information architecture, usability, design systems, and execution.
Ideal Candidate
- Think in systems, not screens
- Love solving ambiguous product problems
- Moves seamlessly between strategy and execution
- Enjoy turning research into actionable product decisions
- Have a strong bias toward building and shipping
- Are energized by mission-driven work
- Can confidently challenge assumptions and advocate for customers
- Takes ownership and drives outcomes, not just deliverables
- Are comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and thinks in systems rather than individual screens. They are equally comfortable optimizing an existing customer experience, exploring unmet customer needs, and helping define products that do not yet exist.
