What You'll Do

Own digital strategy across paid ads, SEO, web, and email
Launch and optimise campaigns that drive qualified pipeline
Improve website performance and user conversion journeys
Build and refine marketing automation workflows
Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaigns with GTM goals
Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics that matter

What Were Looking For

3-5 years in digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
Proven experience running and scaling paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong grasp of SEO, website CRO, and marketing automation (HubSpot or similar)
Data-driven mindset with a bias for testing and iteration
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first team
