Responsibilities:
o Help design, implement, execute, manage and test ABM strategies to target high-value new and existing clients via lead generation and engagement campaigns
o Collaborate with the marketing, sales enablement and client engagement teams to create personalized ABM campaigns that showcase the best of our business
o Work with client engagement teams on client-specific email communications (for example client newsletters)
o Use website tracking and lead scoring to report on and enhance campaign effectiveness
o Journey automation: Use Microsoft Customer Insights Journeys to visualize and automate customer journeys, ensuring personalized and contextually relevant interactions
o Oversee audience segmentation and targeting to ensure precise and impactful marketing efforts
o Leverage real-time data and insights to refine segmentation strategies
o Real-dime data integration: Integrate real-time data from various sources, providing a holistic view of client interactions and enabling data-driven decision-making
o Assist in managing the end-to-end process of ABM campaigns, including planning, execution and analysis in a consistent and compliant way
o AI-driven insights: Use in-platform AI capabilities to enhance segmentation, personalize content and optimize campaign performance
o Analyze client behavior and engagement metrics to inform marketing strategies
o Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights to stakeholders
o Analyze CRM data and provide strategies based on pipeline with the assistance of marketing
o Maintain brand integrity and control risks related to local legislation (e.g. GDPR), opt-outs and confidentiality
o Implement centralized control over ABM strategies to mitigate potential errors
o Compliance and privacy: Ensure compliance with privacy regulations by managing consent data and maintaining up-to-date customer preferences
Skills and Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
o Proven experience in account-based marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
o At least 2-5 years of experience in ABM strategies
o Experience working in a Microsoft environment; proficiency with Dynamics and experience with Customer Insights Journeys is ideal
o Experience building ABM journeys and automating emails
o Experience working with design teams to help build emails
o Experience working with AI/CoPilot
o Global experience launching ABM strategies, including knowledge of location-specific email laws
o Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
o Strong understanding of website tracking, lead scoring and audience segmentation
o Skills in email marketing and design; experience designing emails is a plus but not required
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills
o Strong project management and organizational abilities
o Keen attention to detail to ensure seamless execution of brand guidelines, design, copy and segmentation
o Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
o Relevant marketing certifications are desirable
