Graphic Designer

About The Role

We're looking for a creative, AI-first Graphic Designer who combines strong visual design skills with curiosity, ownership, and a passion for creating impactful digital experiences. You'll work across multiple brands, collaborating with Marketing, HR, Product, and Leadership teams to craft designs that influence engagement, hiring, branding, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, employer branding, websites, presentations, and internal communications.
• Develop visually consistent assets aligned with brand guidelines across multiple business verticals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into compelling visual concepts.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and manage multiple design requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to improve design quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in Graphic Design or Visual Design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for digital platforms, social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
• A portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.

AI-First Creative Mindset

We believe AI is transforming the way designers work. We're looking for designers who actively leverage AI to enhance creativity not replace it.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Leonardo AI, Ideogram, Runway ML, Kling AI, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
