About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, data-savvy, hands-on Digital Marketing & Content Manager to join our founder-led early-stage startup. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where you'll drive the full content lifecycle—from strategy and storytelling to design, analytics, and amplification.
As a founder-led business, we move fast, work smart, and value action over talk. We’re now hiring our first dedicated digital marketing expert to own and drive everything from content to campaigns, SEO to social.
This is a high-ownership role. You’ll shape our brand, build our digital footprint, and help us grow.
The ideal candidate will have experience in branding, storytelling, and content performance analysis, with the ability to lead content creation and coordination across various platforms. What You’ll Do
- Content Strategy: Plan and execute content across the full customer journey—from awareness to loyalty
- Creative Production: Lead or manage creation of blogs, videos, graphics, lead magnets, newsletters, and more
- SEO & Analytics: Conduct keyword research, track content performance (CTR, LTV impact, etc.), and optimize accordingly
- Cross-Channel Management: Maintain brand consistency across website, email, social media, podcast, and events
- Founder Branding & Podcasting: Help script and produce a podcast, repurpose founder content, and manage executive presence
- Growth & Campaigns: Build landing pages, create email nurture sequences, assist with lead gen & LinkedIn outreach
- Ops & Execution: Manage content assets, CRM updates, social media scheduling, and content repurposing workflows
You’ll Succeed If You Have:
- 3–6 years of content, digital, or growth marketing experience
- Strong writing and storytelling skills across multiple formats
- Working knowledge of SEO, GA4, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)
- Ability to manage or create video, podcast, and design assets (even if via tools like CapCut, Canva, Descript)
- Experience supporting or owning personal brand content for a founder, creator, or executive
- A “ship-it” mentality—you’re proactive, organized, and comfortable with ambiguity
