The Role

You’ll lead backend engineering across our stack — GCP, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Node.js — and guide a team building secure, scalable systems that power real‑world healthcare workflows.

We’re also looking for someone who is an AI‑assisted engineer:

Someone who uses modern AI tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, and documentation while maintaining high engineering standards.

This is a leadership role with real architectural influence and the chance to build foundational systems from the ground up.

• Designing and scaling backend services and APIs
• Building data pipelines and analytics workflows on GCP + BigQuery
• Leading and mentoring a growing engineering team
