Senior Software Engineer (AI Experience)

We're seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in AI-enhanced

development workflows to join our team. In this role, you'll embed with development teams to

design, build, deploy, and maintain software solutions to build with cutting-edge AI tooling. As

a technical lead, you'll drive the integration of AI throughout the software development

lifecycle, transforming traditional processes into AI-accelerated workflows that significantly

enhance productivity, reduce time-to-market, improve user experiences, and lower costs.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions using AI-enhanced tooling and

workflows

 Embed with development teams to implement AI-accelerated practices throughout the SDLC

 Rapidly prototype and develop new applications, efficiently resolve complex bugs, and strategically

modernize legacy systems through advanced AI tooling

 Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members on AI-enhanced development practices

 Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively

 Actively contribute to and implement AI-accelerated software engineering practices as a key member

of our community of practice

 Architect solutions that leverage AI throughout the development cycle - from automated architecture

suggestions and database design validation to AI-driven testing and deployment

 Apply structured prompt engineering principles (clear context, specific instructions, desired formats)

to achieve better results with AI tools

 Evaluate and optimize the use of AI agents in software development workflows, ensuring output

reliability and ethical implementation

Skills and qualifications

Required

 5+ years of professional software engineering experience

 Demonstrated proficiency with AI development tools including Cline, Cursor, Windsurf, Roo Code, and

GitHub Copilot

 Deep understanding of AI systems, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and optimal use cases for extending

AI capabilities without model retraining

 Experience with Agile development methodologies

 Strong expertise in modern software engineering practices

 Experience building and deploying microservice-based architectures

 Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical

stakeholders

 Experience in a technical lead role with mentoring responsibilities

Preferred:

 Experience in e-commerce and/or fintech domains
