About the Role:
We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Strategist/ Executor to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Search and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing end-to-end performance marketing funnels with a sharp focus on growth metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
You will work closely with creative, content, and product teams to design customer acquisition strategies that scale profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage strategy for Google Search and Meta campaigns, including audience segmentation, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative direction
Develop and implement data-backed campaign roadmaps across platforms, focusing on performance KPIs
Conduct thorough competitor and keyword research to identify new growth opportunities
Drive regular A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights through dashboards and reporting tools
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, leveraging platform signals, first-party data, and conversion tracking setups
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and digital innovations
Requirements:
4–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing strategy with a focus on Google Search & Meta Ads
In-depth knowledge of campaign structure, bidding models, ad copy optimization, and audience strategy
Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, UTM structures, and attribution models
Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools
Strong communication skills and ability to present strategy and performance insights clearly
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
