Job Summary:

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, data-driven, and up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to each social platform.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize campaigns and content.

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging.

• Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages to foster engagement and build relationships.

• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually improve performance.

• Assist in the creation and execution of paid social media campaigns when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social).
• Strong written and visual communication skills, with an eye for design and storytelling.
• Experience creating and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
• Knowledge of paid social advertising and campaign optimization is a plus.
• Creative mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills.
