TeamDynamix is searching for a mid - senior level full-stack Software Engineer (Remote) to join our Process Automation Team and contribute to the rapid development of our iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service), CAI (Conversational Artificial Intelligence), and AI Agent products. The Process Automation Team works hard to ensure TeamDynamix achieves its goal of providing award-winning technology that is easy to use, own, and operate.
As an engineer on our team, you will build new products and capabilities while working to improve the foundation of our architecture. You should have a passion for building leading-edge, best-in-class software that, above all else, solves customers’ problems. This role is open to Remote-US candidates. While we have an office in Columbus, Ohio, we remain 100% remote first as a company.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable web-based solutions from front to back.
- Debug production issues across multiple levels of the stack.
- Find and address performance issues throughout the application.
- Perform thorough code reviews and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Work with engineering and product managers to understand roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- 4-year degree in STEM, or equivalent experience
- 4-10+ years of related experience
- Experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ASP.NET
- Ability to work collaboratively and iteratively
- Strong ability to solve complex problems without a detailed roadmap using a logical, analytical, and creative approach

What does this role pay?
- The wage range for this role contemplates the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including (but not limited to) skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TeamDynamix, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000 to $140,000 annually.
