Opportunity Overview:

You’ll play a critical role in defining and implementing programs to reduce power consumption, achieve key international certifications, and enhance environmental compliance. How you will make an impact:
- Partner with teams across engineering, sustainability, and environmental compliance to develop strategies and execution plans for energy standards and certifications.
- Support certification efforts including ISO50001, EN50600, ISO40001, and others.
- Perform data analysis to identify gaps in compliance and performance.
- Organize and lead cross-functional initiatives to address deficiencies and drive execution toward compliance.
- Develop repeatable frameworks for stakeholder engagement on sustainability and energy efficiency.
- Analyze electrical performance data, define areas for improvement, and implement remediation strategies.
- Interface directly with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy in reporting and alignment to the company’s energy goals.
- Track and report project progress and schedule against defined milestones.
The expertise you bring:
- 8–10 years of professional experience in program management, engineering, energy efficiency, or related fields.
- Working knowledge or familiarity with international standards: ISO50001, ISO40001, EN50600, ISO30134, EU Taxonomy, European Energy Directive, and more.
- Strong skills in technical program planning, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional execution.
- Understanding of technical concepts like thermodynamics, calculus, and systems engineering, with a willingness to learn further.
- Strong organization, communication, and results-driven mindset.
