Graphic Designer (Creative Agency)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio that highlights their design capabilities and experience in crafting visually appealing content across various platforms. You’ll play a key role in developing design solutions that support our internal and clients' marketing goals and strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

● Design Creation: Create visually engaging graphics for digital platforms, print materials, presentations, social media, and more. Ensure designs align with PR goals and brand identities.

● Conceptualization: Work with the PR and marketing teams to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas that effectively communicate client messages.

● Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent visual identity across projects while adhering to clients' brand guidelines.

● Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, coordinating with team members and clients to meet deadlines. Structured calendars to be sent prior.

● Visual Storytelling: Translate complex ideas into visually appealing graphics, effectively conveying stories and messages.

● Digital and Print Design: Design graphics for both online and offline materials, including social media posts, website graphics, brochures, and event materials.

● Photo Editing: Retouch and enhance images to fit overall design aesthetics.

● Stay Current: Keep up with Lifestyle design trends and best practices to introduce fresh ideas.

Client Collaboration: Understand client needs, incorporate feedback, and deliver designs that exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

● Education: Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

● Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on lifestyle, F&B, and hospitality sectors from an agency background. A strong, diverse portfolio is essential. Would be better to share some of the past work case studies where you've helped build a brand story for social media.

● Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software. Video editing experience is a plus.

● Creativity: Strong design aesthetic with expertise in layout composition, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.

● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts.

● Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, work within deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

● Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a focus on team goals.

● Adaptability: Open to feedback and willing to refine designs to meet client and team expectations.
