_Position Overview

_team.blue is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to play a central role in shaping the future of our products. As a key member of our AI & Data function, this role will utilize the full range of product design skills to develop high quality user experiences for our AI & Data products, helping build great products that address real user needs and are easy to use. The role will take full ownership of the product design journey from first concepts to shipped experiences, and shape what our AI & Data products look and feel like.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Excellence: Own the end-to-end product and visual design of AI & Data products
• User Research & feedback: Lead design discovery, research, prototyping, and iteration to define a compelling user experience
• Design new experiences and visual system layouts for our AI and Data products
• Play an active role in communicating strategic decisions around the future direction of AI & Data products
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with AI/ML, Data, Tech, Product and Commercial teams to shape product direction and strategy and ensure it meets business needs
• Help establish design best practices for our AI & Data products
• Act as an internal evangelist for platform capabilities, fostering adoption and enabling self-service.

Ideal Profile:

• 4+ years of hands-on digital product design experience, preferably in the SaaS and B2C space
• Strong data-driven UX research background, highlighted within your portfolio
• Demonstrated interaction design experience with knowledge of how to define and design complex user flows and interations based on user needs
• Strong visual design background with experience in creating intuitive interfaces and proficiency in design systems and component-based UI design
• Comfort working on AI-driven or data-rich products (experience with generative AI tools or machine learning-based UX is highly required)
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to drive impactful outcomes
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, you can explain your work clearly and give and receive feedback effectively.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and techniques
