Job Responsibilities:
- Independently develop and execute user acquisition strategies for puzzle games.
- Optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, Tiktok, and other platforms.
- Monitor and analyze the data results on a daily basis, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Be creative, constantly try new target groups and advertising formats, to find and test new forms of user acquisition.
- Come up with creative ads ideas that reflects game features, work with the relevant teams to implement the ideas and monitor their effectiveness.
- Stay updated on the latest ad trends and platform features.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in growth marketing for mobile games (3-5 years preferred).
- Proficient in Facebook, Tiktok, and other social ad platforms.
- Experienced in successful game projects, good at casual (puzzle) games and IAA projects.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong data analytics and Excel skills, as well as high data sensitivity.
- Understanding of the puzzle game audience and market.
- Able to work remotely, has your own work equipment.
- Good communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a high resistance to pressure.
