About The Role
They are looking for a results-driven field marketing rockstar for Asia. This position is ideal for a creative self starter who is a strategic planner and stellar executor that can thrive in a very fast paced environment. As a close partner to Sales, this person would have in-depth understanding of the B2B buying journey across Asia, including India and SEA, and is adept in driving lead generation, account based marketing and go-to-market campaigns to impact the presale and post sale customer journey. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a talented, demand-gen marketer to make a significant impact.

Daily Duties
- Lead overall Field Marketing across Asia and India, including Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand, and Singapore. Field Marketing includes offline and online activities that are localised and tailored to drive results from the above key markets.
- Collaborate with APJ Campaign and Digital teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns. Ensure field activities that drive middle to bottom of funnel results are aligned with APJ regional top of funnel activities.
- Familiar with delivering B2B campaigns through the following marketing channels, including email, social media, paid media (e.g. display ads, search marketing), paid advertorial (sponsored editorial on business related media outlets)
- Experience in working closely with sales, understanding their priorities, driving lead and pipeline to achieve Asia’s marketing attribution target.
- Work with partner sales teams across APJ to drive co-marketing activities.
- Capable of independently writing specific project planning and execution plans, developing quotations and work reports; Capable of supervising project execution; able to manage stakeholders from APJ Twilio team.
Requirements
- Results-oriented, creative self-starter who has about 5+ years of B2B Marketing experience in a field marketing. Demand generation experience is a bonus.
- Prior experience that required working closely with Sales to deliver offline events and online campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Have experience in creating and delivering APAC regional digital content and webinars that target audiences in India, Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand, and Singapore. This includes creating white-paper, ebooks, sponsored webinars with media partners, standalone web portal to drive brand awareness and account qualification.
- Ability to collate and present campaign results, learnings and wins.
- Experience using Business Intelligence tools like Tableau and Looker.
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce to campaign results and opportunity progression.
- Strong oral communication skills in business English, able to communicate in English for daily communication, meetings, and more
- Able to plan and execute in-person events which include managing agencies to drive event registration, develop content, manage event venue and F&B logistics, post-event follow up including lead management.
- Effective in multi-tasking and willing to roll up your sleeves, and regularly work outside of your comfort zone.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally between APJ Marketing, Sales, Business development and Engineering teams.
- Good to have past experience delivering Account Based Marketing campaigns.
- High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines
