We are seeking a results-driven consumer marketing manager to lead our omni channel Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and campaigns for new content launches. In this role, you will oversee the full execution of GTM strategies across diverse channels, using audience and content insights to craft compelling marketing plans. You will drive the development of creative content and copy that engages target audiences and boosts conversions. Your project management skills will facilitate cross-functional collaboration for seamless campaign launches. You will also leverage data analysis to optimize performance and manage GTM calendars, ensuring initiatives align with business objectives and market opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, demonstrating exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills to achieve measurable business results.
Responsibilities:
- Omni-Channel Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end execution of GTM strategies across channels, from brief development to launch, to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Audience and Content Insights: Analyze audience behaviors and content performance to refine marketing strategies and inform campaign development.
- Creative and Copy Development: Create impactful, audience-targeted content and copy for varied channels to boost engagement and conversions.
- Project Management of Launch Initiatives: Lead cross-functional projects for priority launches, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder alignment with campaign goals.
- Performance Optimization: Use data analysis to boost campaign and content effectiveness, improve user funnels, and inform future GTM strategies and creative directions.
- Calendar Management and Prioritization: Manage GTM and campaign calendars, prioritizing initiatives to align with business goals and market opportunities for timely execution.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, product marketing, merchandising, or a related role.
- Proven ability to execute integrated go-to-market plans with measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing marketing data and metrics to optimize campaign performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Strong project management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Availability to travel up to 5%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proactive and decisive, with a proven ability to initiate and drive projects forward efficiently.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and guiding them to achieve common goals under pressure.

- Experience in designing and executing marketing experiments to validate strategies and drive innovation.
