We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join our team! Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll lead the marketing strategy for the iconic Four Seasons Private Jet Experience, driving demand and elevating brand presence through integrated, multi-channel campaigns. Partnering with world-class teams and leveraging data-driven insights, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping one of the most prestigious luxury travel experiences in the world.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with annual business goals and itinerary sales targets
• Partner with the Four Seasons marketing team, agencies, and vendors to deliver brand-aligned, high-impact work that meets business objectives
• Design and execute research initiatives in collaboration with Four Seasons to inform brand strategy and future planning
• Lead and support the Four Seasons/TCS Marketing Specialist, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
• Use customer insights and performance data to identify growth opportunities, improve engagement, and continuously optimize marketing performance
• Drive process improvements that enhance campaign execution, measurement, and reporting
• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Manage and reconcile marketing budgets, ensuring investments align with business priorities and return-on-investment goals
• Align stakeholders across TCS and Four Seasons to ensure cohesive planning and seamless execution
• Collaborate with the Product team to support itinerary launches, address business challenges, and uncover growth opportunities
• Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to support commercial goals and uphold brand consistency
• Influence and coordinate cross-functional teams and partners to drive alignment and deliver against shared objectives

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, content, email, social media, paid media, partnerships, events, and performance reporting
• Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans with measurable results
• Proven experience managing projects and stakeholders in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with a natural ability to influence without direct authority
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and make impactful recommendations that drive business performance
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or coordinating the work of others is a plus
• Prior direct people management experience is an advantage
• This role generally starts at 8:00 a.m., with occasional earlier starts, and includes travel up to 20% of the time
