SUMMARY:

TCM Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic IT Program Manager to lead and deliver complex, enterprise-scale IT initiatives. This role will oversee multiple strategic programs that drive platform modernization and technology innovation across our ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of program management expertise, financial services knowledge, and technical acumen.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional IT programs aligned with business objectives.
Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources across multiple workstreams and teams.
Ensure program governance, stakeholder alignment, and compliance with TCM standards and regulatory frameworks.
Serve as a primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
Provide executive-level reporting, including dashboards, KPIs, program health, and risk mitigation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement, issue resolution, and best practices across program lifecycle phases.
Coordinate with product, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams to ensure successful integration and deployment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
8+ years of program management or senior project management experience, with at least 5 years in large IT program delivery within financial services.
Proven success managing complex programs using Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
Deep understanding of core banking systems and payment processing, experience with FIS, Fiserv, and/or Jack Henry a significant plus.
Experience managing geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams, including third-party vendors.
Must have ability to work from TCM Tampa location 1-2 days a week, and travel on occasion to Washington DC area.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, MS Visio, Power BI/Tableau, Sharepoint and Smartsheet.
Knowledge of enterprise technologies such as API integrations, microservices architecture, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms.
Familiarity with legacy system modernization and financial platform integration.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical thinking and decision-making ability.
Leadership presence with the ability to drive results in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Certifications:

PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP
SAFe Agilist or other Agile certifications
ITIL or Lean Six Sigma is a plus
