Sr. Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create professional visual content for social media, LinkedIn, websites, presentations, company profiles, brochures, pitch decks, infographics, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop employer-branding, recruitment, EOR, and corporate B2B creatives in Arabic and English.
• Use AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT Image Generation, Runway, Veo, Kling, or similar platforms to create and enhance images and short-form videos.
• Refine AI-generated assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
• Produce LinkedIn carousels, newsletters, email marketing visuals, banners, digital ads, and short motion-graphics videos.
• Apply effective prompting and AI editing techniques, including generative fill, image expansion, background replacement, enhancement, and image-to-video creation.
• Ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines, technical platform requirements, and high standards of quality, originality, and accuracy.
• Research relevant visual references and propose creative directions based on the campaign objective and target audience.
• Manage multiple design requests, source files, final exports, and versions while meeting agreed deadlines.
• Stay updated on AI, design, motion graphics, and digital-marketing trends to improve creative workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Media, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional graphic-design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative environment.
• Strong portfolio covering social media, branding, corporate materials, infographics, and digital campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; good knowledge of InDesign.
• Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools for short-form video and motion graphics.
• Practical experience using AI image-generation and AI video tools in real design projects.
• Ability to create, edit, and refine AI-generated visuals into polished, brand-consistent final assets.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create professional Arabic and English designs.
• Ability to explain the AI tools, workflow, and personal contribution behind portfolio samples.

Preferred

• Experience in B2B, HR, recruitment, outsourcing, or professional-services design.
• Experience creating LinkedIn content, newsletters, and email-marketing creatives.
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva AI, or similar tools.
