The Sr. Manager Growth Marketing will be responsible for helping deliver on revenue and growth objectives, scaling Tawkify’s customer acquisition and retention efforts. You’ll bring entrepreneurial, strategic, and highly analytical thinking and a track record of both profitably scaling and unlocking new marketing channels.
You will focus on planning and executing data-driven customer acquisition campaigns across paid media channels, as well as creating meaningful CRM strategy across email and SMS. You have the talent for lead generation and building effective funnels across the digital landscape that help us know our customer and speak to them at the right time in their journey.
Responsibilities:
- Define the Performance Marketing agenda, accelerating revenue and growth against forecasts month-over-month and year-over-year. Measure and optimize our customer growth strategies, surface new opportunities, and increase effectiveness and ROAS of marketing programs.
- Paid social (Meta) and paid search (Google/Bing), with affiliate, email/SMS, programmatic, OTT, OOH, and direct mail ( nice-to-have)
- Evaluate all partners through test and learn programs, develop roadmaps for all our key channels that will add competitive advantage, scale to our campaigns, and enhance revenue performance.
- Be audience obsessed, partnering closely with CRM and CX peers to drive segmentation approaches and products to serve & surprise consumers.
- Have a strong test-and-learn mentality, with a deep understanding of incrementality, brand lift, match market; helpful to know MTA, MMM, etc.
- Push Tawkify’s advertising creative forward, oversee creative briefs to ensure we are leveraging best practices, native features, and result in best in class creative work.
- Foster cross-functional partnership with Sales and Customer Success to optimize business results and beat growth targets.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Performance Marketing experience across multiple DTC channels (SEM, Social, Affiliate, Re-marketing, OTT, Programmatic, OOH, direct mail, etc.).
- BA degree or equivalent experience required.
- Series A/B and/or startup experience
- Proven track record of driving results and innovation at a DTC, membership, or subscription brand and/or digital media agency.
- Experience with lead funnels, subscription businesses, and/or start-ups entering competitive markets (nice to have)
- Experience working with Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Sigma
- Strong knowledge of key adtech and martech platforms for marketing and media channels (e.g.; Google Tag Manager, Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Search Ads 360, LiveRamp, Jivox, Facebook Ads Manager, Feedonomics, The Trade Desk, Segment).
- Ability to identify the metrics to drive success, measure KPIs, socialize understanding and drive initiatives to completion; ability to transform data into easily understandable & highly actionable insights.
- Have proven expertise directly managing at least one paid media channel (search, social, programmatic, affiliate)
- A self-starter and a hands-on media strategist with an exceptional eye for efficiency and growth.
- Have proven expertise in direct management of at least one paid media channel (search, social, programmatic, affiliate).
- An excellent written and verbal communicator that is able to effectively distill large amounts of data and details and communicate it with simplicity to all levels of the organization.
- Passionate about integration, willing to work with Engineering, content, SEO, and CRM functions to create the most efficient and effective conversion experiences.
