We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Marketing Data Analyst to support our performance marketing efforts and monitor growth initiatives. This role will play a key part in optimizing our marketing strategy by providing data-driven insights and measuring campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing performance across various channels (paid social, search, email, influencer, offline media, website, etc.) to optimize acquisition and retention strategies.
- Develop and implement media mix modeling to measure the effectiveness of "above the line" marketing efforts, including TV, radio, and other brand-building initiatives.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign ROI, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Collaborate with performance marketing, product, and finance teams to forecast growth and allocate budgets effectively.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on customer behavior, funnel performance, and attribution modeling.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to improve marketing efficiency.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, data analytics tools, and measurement methodologies.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a related field.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Sigma, Mixpanel or similar.
- Strong knowledge of media mix modeling (MMM), attribution modeling, and marketing measurement frameworks.
- Understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and performance metrics.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
