Responsibilities:

• Take a user-centric approach to product development, prioritizing solutions that are robust, scalable, accessible, and intuitive, releasing improvements daily or weekly to production
• Collaborate with other developers to architect and create simple and flexible solutions
• Plan and lead implementation for new features making critical decisions on data modeling, data persistence, security, analytics, to provide a great customer experience
• Implement strong instrumentation to provide critical customer and business intelligence
• Stay up to date on latest innovations in the AI field for product development
• Be passionate about the potential of AI to revolutionize the way we work and eager to tackle cutting-edge challenges in human-machine collaboration, and propose innovative way to provide value to our users (LLMs, AI workflows or agents)
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and and enjoy working closely with cross functional partners and teammates

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Computer Science or other engineering fields
• 6+ years in developing web services and/or mobile apps
• Experienced in shipping high quality, high impact solutions
• Proficient coding in Javascript/Typescript, familiar with Python
• Proficient with designing schema and queries for PostgreSQL, MySQL, and/or equivalent
• Familiar with modern front-end/back-end design paradigms
• Experience with Vector databases, embeddings, RAG, LLM prompting, ideally for production-grade products
• Experience designing and building services using popular frameworks such as NextJS, NestJS, and/or equivalent
• Effective communicator and team player
• Ability to work with high autonomy, but very collaboratively
• Hungry to learn
