Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Experienced Consultant in Cloud and AI with 10+ years of experience in Architecting, Development and Deployments of Enterprise Solutions

• Expertise as an NLP Engineer in technologies such as Generative AI, prompt writing, Vector Databases, Python, Elastic Search, Natural Language Processing, NLTK, Machine Learning, Big Data technologies, Spark

• Creating transition plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and development plans.

• Developing technical strategies for AI Projects and defining Goals, Timelines and Resource Allocations.

• Ensure that Models are developed and deployed in a way that minimizes bias and discrimination.

• Conducting data analysis and designing Data Model, API creations. Generation of Document embedding, Indexing on appropriate platforms.

• Part of presales activity to gather requirements and understand capabilities and create features.

• Managing a Team of AI Engineers, Developers and providing guidance and mentoring for Solution development.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, frontend developers, and product engineers

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

• Ability to drive innovation, process improvements and automation in delivery workflows.
