Overview
The Senior Designer is responsible for creating and delivering design work that is successful, timely, professional, and aligned with the strategic objectives of all stakeholders. This role requires a high level of expertise in user interface design (UI), user experience design (UX), brand design, and graphic design. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to ensure that all design work meets technical requirements, client brand standards, and business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related program
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, and digital media.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and Figma.
- Understanding of WordPress (Gutenberg) design and web development considerations.
- Expertise in UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Experience designing for web, print, and digital platforms.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and proof-of-concept designs.
- Strong grasp of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Experience designing for faith-based organizations is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to present and defend design work in client meetings.
Roles and Responsibilities
User Interface Design (UI) – 30%
- Design clean, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces for digital experiences.
- Ensure UI designs adhere to branding guidelines and technical specifications.
- Work with developers to confirm structure, styling, and content reflect intended designs.
- Optimize designs for responsiveness and accessibility.
Brand Design – 30%
- Develop compelling branding elements (logos, typography, brand colors).
- Ensure all designs align with client brand standards and strategic objectives.
- Create branding solutions for a variety of media, including print, digital, and web.
- Effectively present brand concepts for internal and client review.
Graphic Design – 20%
- Create visually engaging layouts for marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Conduct design adjustments based on feedback from clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure design consistency across all deliverables and campaigns.
- Research design trends and incorporate best practices into projects.
User Experience Design (UX) – 10%
- Conduct research to identify design solutions for client challenges.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
- Work with content and development teams to optimize user flows and interactions.
- Ensure UX best practices are implemented in all digital designs.
General Administration – 10%
- Participate in project and team collaboration meetings.
- Track time and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design techniques.
