About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Georgia IT Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and mitigate risks effectively. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in aligning project objectives with organizational goals, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in IT project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA specialists, to achieve project milestones.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members regarding project progress and issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices throughout project execution.
• Monitor project performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage project documentation, including scope documents, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
