Job Position : Director of Marketing

Department : Marketing Team

The Company

TargetRecruit provides enterprise software to staffing and recruiting firms. Our product is built on top of the Salesforce platform and we offer a full front-to-end solution. We are a growing global company with offices in Houston, London, Sydney and Bangalore. We are looking for a Director of Marketing to manage our marketing department. You will report directly to the President and CEO, and manage a small team. This is an exciting opportunity to come in and run marketing the way you have always wanted. Come join us.

What you will do:

  • Set the overall marketing strategy for TargetRecruit – our goals, our investments, our priorities.
  • Oversee – through a mix of full-time and external resources – demand gen, events, marcomm, product marketing, digital marketing, and content marketing.
  • Maintain and build our marketing tech stack.
  • Hire our future marketing professionals, knowing when to ask for an existing resource to wear an extra hat, when to find a contractor solution, and when to invest in full-time employees.
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their objectives, report on results, and optimize future programs.
  • Represent the marketing department at the executive level of the company.

Who you are:

  • You have a deep B2B product marketing background. You are more product-oriented and technical than most B2B marketers.
  • You have led the product marketing function at a successful company.
  • You are experienced enough with demand gen and marcomms that you can manage those functions personally.
  • You have hired and managed marketing employees and have a strong viewpoint on how to hire for specific roles.
  • You know how to truly partner with our product leaders, so our marketing efforts are in sync with product strategy.
  • You know how to truly partner with our sales leaders, to create a successful go-to-market organization.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with staffing and recruiting.
