Our client Pakistan TECH Recruiter is hiring a Email Marketing Specialist - Mass Email Marketing (Minimum 4 Years of experience) in Lahore.

Our client is US based Salesforce Partner Company. They are seeking an email marketing specialist to plan, create, and execute successful email campaigns and automation workflows in aid of marketing efforts for its clients. Following are the details;

Primary tasks would include:

• Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals
• Understand campaign objectives and target audience
• Utilise data scraping techniques to gather contact information from various online sources.
• Design and create engaging email campaigns, including copy writing, layout, and creative elements
• Utilise segmentation and personalisation strategies to tailor content for different audience segments
• Ensure email campaigns are optimised for deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates
• Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and guide customers through the sales funnel
• Develop and optimise triggered email campaigns based on customer behaviour and life cycle stages
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated from email campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing to optimise email performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide regular reports and insights to the team on the effectiveness of email campaigns
• Maintain and segment the email subscriber list to ensure relevant and targeted communication
• Implement strategies for list growth, including lead capture and opt-in processes
• Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations and best practices

The ideal candidate would:

• Have at least 4 years of proven experience in email marketing, including campaign development, automation, and analysis
• Have demonstrated success in generating leads for B2B services firms through email marketing to audiences in the U.S.
• Hands on experience with Smartleads
• Leads Data management
• CRM Experience ideally Salesforce upload and management of leads
• Experience with writing individualized emails using Claude
• ⁠Managing Cold Calling infra structure independently
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Be focused and consistent with a keen eye for detail, diligent organization and timely delivery
• Ready to work from Pakistan Time 5 PM to 2 AM

Salary Range: - $450 to $500 + $20 for every qualified MQL + Additional bonus for 10+ MQL’s per month.
