We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to support the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives for an Australia-based business. This is a standalone role ideal for someone with a strong grasp of digital channels, content creation, and marketing automation tools. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Digital Campaigns & Strategy
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audiences.
- Plan and execute online campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and lead generation initiatives.
- Track and report on campaign performance and optimise based on results.
Social Media & Content Managemen
- Create and manage monthly content calendars for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Write engaging content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Monitor online engagement and share relevant content in industry groups to maximise reach.
Email Marketing & CRM Management
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Mailchimp.
- Segment contact lists and personalise content to increase open rates and conversions.
- Maintain CRM records, upload lead lists, and support targeted outreach efforts.
Website & SEO
- Draft and update website content to reflect current services and offers.
- Collaborate with web developers or agencies for ongoing site improvements and integrations.
- Conduct keyword research and write SEO-optimised blogs to improve search visibility.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance indicators across all digital channels.
- Provide monthly reports on campaign effectiveness, website traffic, email metrics, and social media growth.
- Use data insights to adjust strategies and recommend improvements.
General Marketing & Coordination
- Assist with the planning and promotion of webinars, virtual events, and other campaigns.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors or freelancers (e.g. graphic designers, SEO agencies) as needed.
- Support admin-related marketing tasks such as internal branding materials and onboarding packs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role, preferably supporting international clients.
- Strong experience with social media, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.
- Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital campaign management.
- Proficient in tools like Canva, Google Analytics, HubSpot (or similar), and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress).
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
