We’re building Charlie, an autonomous AI Agent for influencer outreach - from outreach to reporting. Already used by top consumer brands, Charlie takes care of most of the manual work, leaving the human team to focus on strategic oversight and edge-case decisions.
We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Executive to oversee campaigns, handle exceptions that Charlie flags, and ensure success across high-touch, international campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide Charlie during live influencer marketing campaigns, stepping in to handle flagged edge cases and make nuanced judgment calls.
- Run paid influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — including creator selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance tracking.
- Act as project lead for complex campaigns involving international clients, ensuring localization, time-zone coordination, and cultural alignment.
- Interface with clients to present strategies, reports, and optimizations — acting as a human layer over our AI platform.
- Work closely with product to improve Charlie’s capabilities and flag recurring issues or training needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience running paid influencer marketing campaigns, preferably with both brands and agencies.
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end influencer deals, including usage rights, compliance, payments, and reporting.
- Comfortable working with AI tools and automations — ideally with experience supervising or QA'ing automated workflows.
- Strong communicator, highly organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns across time zones.
- Experience working on international influencer campaigns, adapting content and strategy to regional contexts.
- Fluent in English
