A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Are you a strategic thinker and cross-functional leader passionate about delivering best-in-class products and customer experiences? We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Commercial Marketing team — someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at translating market insights into impactful strategies.

As the Product Manager, you will own the success of specific product lines within our portfolio. This is a high-impact role that bridges global strategy with local execution. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across sales, clinical, and customer support — as well as global and EMEA marketing — to ensure our products meet customer needs, exceed expectations, and drive commercial success.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Product Strategy: Define, drive, and execute the strategic direction of assigned product lines, aligned with company goals and global initiatives.
  • Voice of the Market: Translate market research and customer insights (VOC) into actionable product and marketing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the commercial interface between local teams, global marketing, and external strategic partners.
  • Marketing Execution: Design and implement local marketing campaigns and adapt global/EMEA initiatives to local market needs.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customers and opinion leaders; act as the internal and external champion for your products.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop impactful sales tools, training, and materials to support commercial teams.
  • Business Development: Support collaboration with strategic partners and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work is compliant with company policies, including privacy, regulatory, legal, and safety standards.

Knowledge, skills & abilities:

  • Skilled in translating market research into product and customer requirements.
  • Proven ability to determine product requirements and implement them through product development and market positioning.
  • Proven ability to set strategic and tactical direction for the product line.
  • Knowledge and insight into the market, reimbursement, competition and other internal and external factors.
  • Knowledge and insight into the pump and pump accessories categories
  • Skilled at clearly conveying in-depth knowledge to all levels within, and outside of, the organization.
  • Able to travel when required
  • Proficient in French and English

Minimum certifications/educational level:

  • BS/BA degree business, health sciences, or related field or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
  • Diabetes Sales or Marketing knowledge
