- Design System & Standards: Actively contribute to the development and refinement of a new product design system to streamline the user experience across all platforms.
- Strategic & Visionary: Work on both tactical, short-term projects as well as visionary, long-term initiatives that will drive the product forward and enhance the homeowner experience for years to come.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in product design with a focus on consumer-facing applications, preferably in the fintech or direct-to-consumer industries (e-commerce, dating apps, etc.).
- Design Expertise: Expertise in visual design, interaction design, and UI design for web and mobile platforms. Ability to create clean, modern, and forward-thinking user interfaces.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma is a must. Experience with design systems and working with cross-functional teams to implement them effectively.
