Senior Product Marketing Manager

Location: Fully Remote – ideally within EEST ±4 hours

We're growing fast, shipping constantly, and now we need someone to turn that product momentum into market impact. This is a build-from-scratch role: no playbook, no templates, no "we've always done it this way."

Just a sharp product, a global market, and the freedom to own how it all goes to market.

What you'll do

  • Champion positioning and messaging strategy. Define how Talkpush shows up in the market: who we are, why we're different, and why it matters. Own the narrative across segments, personas, and competitive contexts. Make sure every touchpoint tells a consistent, convincing story.
  • Own product launches end-to-end. From launch plans and sales enablement to post-launch analysis, you're the bridge between product and market. Every feature ships with a story that makes buyers care.
  • Drive expansion and upsell narratives. Work with sales and customer success to find growth opportunities in the existing customer base. Build the case studies, the upgrade paths, the "here's what you're missing" moments that turn users into champions.
  • Be the voice of the customer internally. Run win/loss analyses, gather buyer feedback, and build a continuous loop of customer intelligence that feeds into product roadmap, sales strategy, and marketing priorities. Know the market better than anyone in the building.
  • Build the product marketing function from the ground up. Define the processes, templates, competitive intel systems, and go-to-market playbooks that don't exist yet. You're not inheriting a machine. You're building one.
  • Build and lead a team of AI agents. This isn't a metaphor. You'll design, build, and orchestrate AI-powered workflows and agents that handle product marketing tasks at scale, from competitive monitoring to content generation to launch execution. Your first "hires" won't be people. They'll be systems you build yourself.
  • Translate complex AI into simple buyer value. Talkpush is a deeply technical product. Your job is to make it feel obvious, to turn conversational AI and automation into language that resonates with HR leaders and recruiters who just want to hire faster and better.
  • Arm the sales team. Create battle cards, objection handlers, demo scripts, and competitive positioning that help reps win. You'll be their favourite person on the marketing team.

What you bring

  • 5+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS. You've launched products, built positioning from scratch, and know what good GTM looks like because you've done it.
  • Builder mentality. You've worked in environments where the playbook didn't exist and you had to create it. Ambiguity energises you.
  • Hands-on AI fluency. You don't just talk about AI, you use it daily. You've built automations, experimented with AI agents, or integrated AI tools into your workflows. Prompt engineering and no-code/low-code orchestration feel natural to you.
  • Storytelling that moves buyers. You can take a technical product and distill it into messaging that makes a VP of HR lean forward. You write clearly, think in narratives, and know how to make complex things feel simple.
  • Commercial instinct. You think in revenue, not just awareness. You understand upsell motions, expansion playbooks, and how product marketing directly impacts pipeline and retention.
  • Cross-functional muscle. You've partnered closely with product, sales, and customer success, and you know how to earn trust across teams without authority.
  • Data-informed decision making. You measure what matters, run win/loss analyses, and use customer and market data to sharpen your strategy, not just validate it after the fact.
