Talkov Law is seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist with expertise in link building, digital PR, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance our online presence and drive high-quality organic traffic. This role requires an advanced understanding of off-page SEO strategies, with a focus on authoritative backlink acquisition in the real estate and legal industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Link Building & Outreach – Develop and implement white-hat link-building campaigns to secure high-authority backlinks from real estate publications, legal websites, and industry blogs.

• Email Outreach & Digital PR – Craft and execute targeted outreach campaigns for guest posting, press opportunities, and strategic partnerships to enhance domain authority.

• CRO Optimization – Analyze website traffic behavior and optimize landing pages through A/B testing, heatmaps, and behavioral analysis to maximize conversions.

• Competitor & Backlink Analysis – Perform in-depth backlink audits, research competitors’ link-building strategies, and identify high-value linking opportunities.

• SEO Reporting & Strategy Development – Track backlink acquisition progress, conduct site audits, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance organic performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of SEO experience, specializing in off-page SEO, link building, and CRO.

• Proven success in securing high-quality backlinks through manual outreach, guest posting, and digital PR.

• Strong knowledge of Google’s ranking algorithms, E-E-A-T principles (Expertise, Experience, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness), and backlink quality assessment.

• Expertise in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic, or similar for backlink research and outreach tracking.

• Experience with outreach automation tools (e.g., GMass, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Pitchbox) to streamline link acquisition efforts.

• Understanding of A/B testing, heatmaps, and behavioral analytics (Google Optimize, Hotjar, Crazy Egg) to improve CRO performance.

• Excellent English communication skills for professional outreach and relationship-building with U.S. industry websites.

• Experience in real estate, legal, or finance SEO is highly preferred.
