Job Description

We are seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful, intuitive interfaces and a deep understanding of user experience principles. You will work on designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications that delight users and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and user-friendly interface designs for web and mobile platforms
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to inform design decisions
• Design high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback
• Maintain and evolve our design system and component library

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approach
• Experience with prototyping tools and user testing methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
