The Brazil Field Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing regional marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts across the region. The ideal candidate is a proactive and creative marketer who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement targeted campaigns and initiatives that align with the region’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Campaign Development and Management
Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-layered, marketing campaigns tailored to the Brazil market, ensuring alignment with overall company and regional revenue and business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and marketing to integrate field marketing strategies with broader marketing and sales initiatives.
Develop and oversee the execution of digital campaigns, manage advertising plans, and maintain media relationships.
Provide recommendations for social media plans and align them with overall campaign objectives.
Coordinate with corporate communications to execute PR related strategies to raise brand awareness across the region.
Ensure the overall cohesiveness and alignment of all marketing channels to reinforce messaging and brand awareness while driving regional business and revenue objectives.
Event Planning and Coordination
Working with regional sales leadership, identify and prioritize regional tradeshows and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and lead generation – ensure branding and messaging are aligned with objectives; coordinate with events team on execution of events and ensure lead follow-up.
Plan, coordinate and execute regional Bentley hosted events, seminars, and meetings, both in-person and virtual, to drive thought leadership, brand awareness and lead generation.
Evaluate event success, track key metrics, and provide post-event analysis to optimize future strategies.
Lead Generation and Pipeline Support
Work closely with regional sales teams to identify target accounts and create localized marketing campaigns to engage target audiences and drive demand generation.
Implement lead generation initiatives, track performance, and contribute to building a robust sales pipeline.
Identify and execute targeted marketing initiatives focusing on key account development and expansion, including ABM strategies.
Collaboration and Communication
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders including regional sales teams, internal and external partners, and influencers within the Brazil market.
Regularly communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to internal teams.
Regional Marketing Oversight
Manage regional marketing budgets, resources, and vendors to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal ROI.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends/developments/regulations to continuously enhance field marketing strategies and tactics.
