Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions. The role involves building production-grade AI systems, integrating large language models (LLMs), developing intelligent applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable AI-powered products.

Location : Remote

Working Hours: 5:45 AM – 2:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI/ML solutions.
• Build and optimize applications using LLMs, Generative AI, and NLP technologies.
• Develop RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and AI agent workflows.
• Integrate AI models and APIs into existing products and backend systems.
• Evaluate and improve model accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost.
• Build scalable data and inference pipelines for production environments.
• Implement monitoring, testing, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams on AI initiatives.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical architecture and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML development.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience deploying AI/ML workloads on cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, backend integration, Git, and software engineering practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
