Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Nagpur. The Graphic Designer will create visually engaging designs for web and mobile interfaces, marketing materials, social media assets, presentations, and brand collateral. Responsibilities include collaborating with project managers, developers, and marketing teams to understand requirements and translate them into creative concepts and layouts. The role involves producing logos, icons, illustrations, and other graphic elements, refining designs based on feedback, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables. The Graphic Designer will also prepare production-ready files, optimize graphics for digital platforms, and stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in visual design, including Graphics and Graphic Design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating digital and print work.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including the ability to develop and evolve brand identities and visual systems.
• Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select and combine typefaces for readability, hierarchy, and brand alignment.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, or similar).
• Ability to interpret briefs, conceptualize multiple design options, and iterate based on structured feedback.
• Strong attention to detail, layout, color theory, and consistency across different media and formats.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience designing for web and mobile interfaces, responsive layouts, and basic understanding of UI/UX principles is an advantage.
• Familiarity with front-end or digital marketing environments (e.g., web assets, social media creatives, banners) is a plus.
