We're seeking an experienced Performance Marketer with a proven track record in managing e-commerce campaigns specifically focused on Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting and executing robust performance marketing strategies tailored for direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy, particularly on Google and Meta platforms.
Launch, oversee, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (formerly Facebook), and other relevant platforms to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for traffic and conversions.
Plan and execute media strategies for all campaigns, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Identify industry trends and audience insights to refine spend allocation and campaign performance.
Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to innovate and devise new growth strategies.
Develop and optimize campaign content, focusing on customer acquisition, enhancing customer experience, and driving brand engagement.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on performance marketing within Google and Meta platforms.
Demonstrable success in managing e-commerce campaigns on Google Ads and Meta.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ad Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.
In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and a knack for implementing innovative strategies.
Expertise in Google Analytics and the ability to set up attribution models for campaigns.
