We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee wireless communication installations from application entry through project closeout. This role is crucial in managing the design, implementation, and execution of telecommunications infrastructure projects while ensuring client requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of wireless installation projects, including cost estimation, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
- Oversee tenant configurations, including Fiber-to-Tower and decommissioning projects.
- Coordinate with engineering partners for structural analysis and tower modifications.
- Issue construction Notice-to-Proceed (NTP) and conduct site walks as necessary.
- Ensure accurate project documentation, including permits and as-built drawings.
- Support Mergers & Acquisitions by auditing prospective assets.
- Monitor project metrics and provide regular status reports.
- Participate in meetings, conference calls, and company events as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in telecommunications infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the U.S. up to 75%.
- Fluent in English with proficiency in Spanish (required for supporting Latin American teams).
