Senior Data Scientist – Core AI R&D

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Core AI R&D team and help build next-generation predictive and prescriptive AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop advanced deep learning models for time-series and sensor data.
• Design reinforcement learning solutions for decision-making and optimization.
• Build and enhance knowledge graph and graph ML capabilities.
• Integrate multi-modal data including documents, diagrams, operational notes, and sensor streams.
• Translate cutting-edge AI research into scalable production solutions.
• Define model evaluation metrics and continuously improve model performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Research.
• Strong Python and PyTorch expertise.
• Deep experience in one or more of:
• Time-Series Forecasting & Deep Learning
• Reinforcement Learning (RL)
• Graph ML / Knowledge Representation
• Experience with RAG, Vector Databases, and unstructured data processing.
• Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong software engineering and experimentation practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, AI, or related field.
• Experience with Predictive Maintenance, Industrial AI, IoT, or Sensor Analytics.
• Knowledge of Physics-Informed ML, Causal Inference, or Graph Neural Networks.
• Publications, patents, or research contributions in AI/ML.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI and LLM evaluation frameworks.
