Position: Senior Data Scientist — Core AI R&D

Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Core AI Research team and develop next generation predictive and prescriptive intelligence solutions.

This role focuses on advanced machine learning across time-series modeling, reinforcement learning, knowledge graphs, and multi-modal AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep learning models for industrial sensor and time-series data.
• Build forecasting, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and model retraining pipelines.
• Design reinforcement learning solutions for operational decision-making and optimization.
• Develop knowledge graph and graph-based learning capabilities to improve asset intelligence.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data sources including sensor data, technical documents, maintenance logs, and operator notes.
• Build and enhance RAG and vector-database-powered AI solutions.
• Translate AI research into scalable, production-ready systems.
• Define model evaluation metrics and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• PhD preferred or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Statistics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of machine learning experience with expertise in one or more of:
• Time-Series Modeling
• Reinforcement Learning
• Graph ML / Knowledge Representation
• Strong Python and PyTorch (preferred) or TensorFlow experience.
• Experience building and deploying deep learning models in production.
• Familiarity with RL frameworks, graph databases/GNNs, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong software engineering, experimentation, and communication skills.
