Our team is working with a growing MarTech / AI SaaS platform entering a new chapter of expansion. We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Director of Growth Marketing to lead and execute integrated demand generation and performance marketing strategies.
This high-impact role is ideal for a tech-savvy B2B marketer with a proven track record in SaaS marketing, digital advertising, and revenue-focused campaign execution. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product to design programs that accelerate pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
We are looking for someone who has proven success in demand generation and performance marketing strategies within high-growth environments (small to mid-sized companies). We need someone who can be a hands-on leader and strategize from an ROI perspective.
This is a full-time, permanent position on a remote basis. We are ideally looking for someone East Coast based.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the end-to-end demand generation and performance marketing strategy across digital channels, email, events, paid media (search, social, display), webinars, and ABM programs
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) to generate high-quality leads across enterprise and mid-market segments
- Collaborate with Sales to align on lead scoring models, funnel conversion goals, and campaign priorities
- Build, test, and refine multi-touch marketing campaigns using HubSpot, Salesforce, and intent data tools
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance based on key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and pipeline impact
- Partner with Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure message consistency across all channels and assets
- Support product launches and new feature announcements with go-to-market campaigns
- Oversee key marketing operations activities including lead routing, attribution modeling, and funnel analytics
- Stay current on performance marketing trends, platform updates, and competitive activity to inform growth strategies
Must-Have Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation and performance marketing
- Proven success in creating and managing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Hands-on expertise with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance media tools
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and data-driven marketing tools and dashboards
- Experience marketing to enterprise buyers, including IT, marketing, and partner/channel leaders
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, attribution models, and conversion optimization best practices
- Comfortable working with data and can also own data and reporting
- Collaborative team player with experience partnering closely with sales in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
