Our client is a boutique email marketing agency working with fast-growing e-commerce and service-based brands that prioritize customer retention as much as acquisition.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Klaviyo Email Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity and logic. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns and automations for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
● Campaign Execution
○ Plan, write, and schedule compelling email campaigns across various client accounts.
○ Build and manage automated journeys and flows using platforms like Klaviyo.
○ Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalized targeting to improve performance.
● Performance & Analytics
○ Monitor and interpret email metrics to drive ongoing optimization.
○ Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
● CRM Strategy
○ Collaborate with clients to refine CRM strategies that foster deeper customer relationships.
○ Ensure data hygiene, manage list growth, and support segmentation strategies.
● Client & Project Management
○ Manage client communications and maintain project momentum.
○ Identify opportunities for improvement in messaging, process, and results.
Qualifications:
● 3+ years of experience in email marketing or CRM-focused roles.
● Proven hands-on expertise with Klaviyo (other ESPs a plus).
● Strong copywriting skills with a keen understanding of tone, persuasion, and engagement.
● Demonstrated success working with e-commerce brands and revenue-generating campaigns.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience in an agency or multi-client environment.
● Familiarity with tools like Canva or Figma.
● Strong understanding of customer segmentation, list hygiene, and database management.
● A sense of humor and appreciation for a well-timed meme (optional, but appreciated).
