We need a dynamic leader with deep expertise in positioning, messaging, and storytelling, who can manage and build a high-performing team to accelerate pipeline growth and support sales in winning more deals. How You Will Make an Impact:
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Maintenance, Operations and Inventory product line.

- Define personas and messaging, creating compelling sales and campaign content that resonates with key buyers.
- Leverage business and product updates, marketplace insights and customer feedback to enhance our storytelling and connect with our audiences effectively.
- Equip sales teams with enablement tools and assets that support pipeline growth and deal closures.
- Partner with product managers and solution consulting to craft engaging demo narratives.
- Launch new products, features, and capabilities that strengthen competitive differentiation.
- Serve as an evangelist for company's products, representing company at industry events and with the press.
- Partner with the social media team to lead a social media amplification strategy aligned with key news moments.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 12+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing for the North American region
- Proven ability to hire, coach, and lead high-performance teams.
- Strong storytelling skills with a history of developing impactful positioning and messaging.
- Results-driven, comfortable with both analytical and creative aspects of marketing.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to shift between strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for sales support and industry events, as circumstances allow.
