What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Analyze large and complex data sets to solve business challenges using advanced statistical techniques
- Develop and test strategies to optimize marketing performance and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform marketing optimization strategies
- Monitor key metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify trends
- Leverage quantitative analysis and experimentation to drive business and marketing strategies
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 3 to 5 years of progressive data analysis experience, including data mining and insight delivery
- 3+ years of experience programming in SQL, Python, or R for data exploration in relational databases
- 3+ years in hypothesis design and testing (Frequentist, Bayesian, or multivariate A/B testing)
- 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, R Shiny)
- Familiarity with building data pipelines and automating analytics processes
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with analytics tools like MicroStrategy, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics
- Experience with Databricks, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and big data environments using PySpark
- Knowledge of messaging, product, and email marketing strategies
