What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Utilize statistical analysis techniques to enhance understanding of clinical trials and measurement technologies
• Support R&D, Clinical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs with clinical trial data analysis insights
• Collaborate with biostatistics and data management teams to clean and prepare raw data for analysis
• Conduct high-quality research on diabetes-centric data patterns to inform product performance and clinical trial design
• Serve as a resource for clinical scientists in the analysis and design of clinical trials for diabetes devices

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of equivalent experience, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience
• Experience working with human clinical trial data and clinical protocols
• Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and analytical measurement techniques
• Proficiency in statistical languages and visualization software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex methodologies clearly

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with JMP, MATLAB, Python, or advanced analysis software
• Experience analyzing data for regulated medical devices
• Familiarity with statistical inference, data mining, pattern recognition, or machine learning
• Ability to write high-quality technical articles for publication
• Experience in continuous glucose monitoring and related data
