What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide strategic vision and leadership to the product team and scrum team throughout the product lifecycle
• Develop product and feature scope documents to drive specifications and architecture
• Communicate product status and lead release plans, setting expectations for new functionalities
• Conduct market research to inform product requirements and drive business strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage customer experience and resolve issues

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles
• 5+ years of experience working with PaaS or SaaS products
• 3+ years in people management
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, APIs, and developer tools

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master's Degree in a relevant field
• Experience writing product strategy documents
• Familiarity with Product Management tools (e.g., Aha!, Jira)
• Knowledge of Agile practices and principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
